Your privacy is our priority at Podmatrix Studio.

1. Information Collection

We collect essential information to facilitate your professional recording experience. This includes:

  • Identity Data: Full name and professional affiliation.
  • Contact Data: Email address and phone number for session updates.
  • Technical Data: IP address and browser type for security monitoring.

2. Razorpay & Financial Security

All financial transactions are processed through Razorpay Software Private Limited. Podmatrix Studio does not have access to, nor do we store, your Credit/Debit card numbers, CVV, or Net Banking credentials.

Razorpay uses industry-leading AES-256 encryption and is a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant service provider. By paying through our site, your financial data is protected by Razorpay's multi-layer security vault.

3. Data Retention & Usage

Your data is used solely for booking verification, providing invoices, and internal analytics to improve our studio services. We strictly adhere to a No-Third-Party-Sharing policy. We will never sell or lease your personal information to marketing firms or outside agencies.

4. Content Confidentiality

While we provide the facility, the intellectual property of the audio/video recorded remains yours. We do not monitor or store your raw recordings on our local servers beyond 24 hours post-session (unless requested for transfer purposes).
