Podmatrix Studio operates on a Strict No-Refund Policy. Due to the high demand for studio slots and the administrative costs of scheduling, all payments processed through our platform are considered final. We do not offer cash refunds, bank reversals, or store credit for any reason.
If a client fails to arrive for their scheduled session or cancels their booking at any time, the booking fee is 100% non-refundable. "No-shows" result in the immediate forfeiture of the slot without the possibility of a claim for future credit.
We do not provide rescheduling services. Once a time slot is reserved, it is removed from our public inventory, preventing other creators from booking that specific time. Consequently, we cannot move your booking to a different date or time once the transaction is complete.
In the highly unlikely event that the studio is unable to fulfill a booking due to internal equipment failure or power outages, Podmatrix Studio reserves the right to offer a makeup session at our sole discretion. This is the only exception to our refund/rescheduling policy.
